Paul Bainbridge is a freshman at Ball State University, majoring in music composition and music education with a focus in voice. He sings bass. He began singing at age nine as a member of the Northwest Indiana Youth Chorus and with them participated in the 2001 International Festival of Voices in Des Moines, Iowa. Paul has been a cast member of several musicals, including Music Man, where he played Olin Britt from the Barbershop Quartet, and Beauty and the Beast. As a member of his high school choir, he performed Mozart's Requiem in Carnegie Hall. Paul was also a member of the 2007 All-State choir. Recently, Paul joined the cast of the Bristol Buskin Frolic at the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Sarah Paetzmann is currently a freshman at Ball State University majoring in Music
Education with a primary focus in voice. She joins Filid as a soprano. Sarah started singing professionally when she was 8 years old. At that time she joined
the world renown Indianapolis Children's Choir (ICC). During her six years with
this group Sarah was able to travel to and sing in Hawaii, Ireland, the Czech
Republic, Russia, and Finland. She is a featured soloist on the Indianapolis
Children's Choir Sounds of Ireland C.D, and was part of the cast of the
Children's Opera "The Trio of Minuet" performed by the singers of ICC. Sarah has also performed with a local Indianapolis group called the Irish Aires. With this group she has performed at the Indianapolis Irish Festival three times and has sung the National Anthem at the 2005 Indy Irish Festival. She has sung the National Anthem at many state and national events as well.

David Wilson is a sophomore at Ball State University, majoring in Music Composition (none of this Education stuff!). Voice is his primary instrument, and he sings baritone. He didn't start singing until his freshman year of high school, but with local choir experience and lessons, by his junior year, was part of the All-Ohio Youth Choir, which sings at the Ohio State Fair. He became part of the Cardinal Chorale, the touring contingent of the AOYC, in his senior year. He has performed in a few musicals, notably West Side Story and Beauty & the Beast, and has quite a wealth of experience in works using both choir and orchestra.

Elysia Arntzen is a freshman at Ball State University, studying vocal music education. She is a mezzo-soprano and sings alto with Filid. Elysia has been singing since middle school and has played the piano since she was 6. She enjoys composing her own music and arranges music for Filid. She has been in various ensembles and also enjoys performing in musicals. Some of her favorite roles include "Penny" from Honk, and one of the "silly girls" in Beauty and the Beast. She is currently performing in Handel's Giulio Cesare in Egitto at Ball State.

Jonathan “The Bassish Tenor” Alexander is currently is studying music education at Ball State. He plays the piano, writes music, and sings whatever voice part he feels like singing, though he is a tenor. He has been in music for 11 years, studying piano under Angie Lorandos before college, and currently is a student of Dr. Lori Rhoden. He has been playing at churches for as long as he has played piano, with Angieland at St. Thomas More in Munster IN being the first. He plans to direct choirs at the High School or college level and lead the first ever Pie Jesu choir based off of the monks in Holy Grail. |
